Landing, Squamish BC Waterfront Landing Receives 1st and 2nd Reading from District Council: On April 3, 2007, Squamish Council gave 1st and 2nd Reading to the Waterfront Landing Sub Area Plan OCP Amendment. This follows over three years of research, planning and public consultation on the project. The next step in the approvals process will be for Council to refer the application to a Public Hearing - date to be determined shortly. Waterfront Landing News Release:

Public Consultation: A formal Public Information Meeting is scheduled on May 24, 2007 at 6:00 pm at the Squamish Adventure Centre to share the latest plans, answer any questions and obtain further community feedback on our proposal.
